How It Works

For treatments over £300, you can spread the remaining balance across up to 3 monthly payments — completely interest-free.

Here’s an example:

• Treatment cost: £600
• Deposit required: £300 (50% upfront)
• Remaining balance: £300 split into 3 monthly payments of £100

Your deposit secures your booking and covers the cost of products. The remaining payments are set up via standing order, making it effortless — one less thing to remember each month.

Consultation Fee: Consultations are complimentary. We require a £50 deposit to secure the appointment time. This fee is redeemable against treatment or will be refunded following your consultation.

Treatment Deposits: We require a £50  deposit to secure your treatment booking, payable at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to an alternative appointment with 3 days notice.

You can absolutely add treatments to your journey at any time. If you’re using a payment plan, we can discuss options for additional payments or separate payments.

Our Confidence Edit Journey packages already include complimentary treatments and gifts as part of the overall investment. Each package is designed to offer the best value while delivering comprehensive results

Payment plans are typically available for treatment packages or individual treatments over £300. For smaller top-up treatments, we accept all standard payment methods.

We understand that life happens. Please give us 72 hours notice to reschedule without penalty. Your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment. Cancellations with less notice may result in forfeiture of your deposit.

Absolutely. We use secure payment processing systems and never store your full card details. All transactions are encrypted and comply with UK payment security standards.
