What are advanced biostimulators?
Advanced biostimulators like Sunekos and NCTF go far beyond traditional skin boosters. These are medical-grade formulations designed to rebuild the fundamental architecture of your skin—the extracellular matrix that provides structure, elasticity, and youthful resilience.
Sunekos combines hyaluronic acid with a patented blend of amino acids (glycine and proline) that are essential building blocks for collagen and elastin production. This unique combination stimulates your fibroblasts to produce new structural proteins, literally rebuilding your skin’s foundation.
NCTF (New Cellular Treatment Factor) delivers 59 active ingredients including vitamins, minerals, amino acids, nucleotides, and coenzymes directly to skin cells. This comprehensive cocktail provides everything your skin needs for optimal cellular function and regeneration.
Both treatments work by repairing and strengthening the skin’s structural matrix rather than simply adding volume or hydration.
How do they differ from skin boosters?
-
Skin boosters focus on hydration:
- Primarily hyaluronic acid for moisture retention
- Surface-level plumping and glow
- Results last 3-6 months
Advanced biostimulators focus on repair:
- Complex formulations with multiple active ingredients
- Genuine structural rebuilding at the cellular level
- Progressive improvement over 6-12 months
- Long-term enhancement of skin function
Think of skin boosters as giving your skin a drink, while biostimulators actually repair and strengthen the entire system.
What can advanced biostimulators address?
Structural skin concerns:
- Established fine lines and early wrinkles
- Loss of skin elasticity and firmness
- Compromised skin texture and quality
- Areas where basic hydration isn’t enough
Advanced aging signs:
- Skin that feels thin or fragile
- Loss of natural bounce and resilience
- Uneven skin tone and texture
- Areas requiring genuine repair, not just surface improvement
Specific applications:
- Neck and décolletage rejuvenation
- Periorbital (around eye) area treatment
- Full facial skin quality enhancement
- Areas with sun damage or environmental stress
What are the benefits?
Structural improvements:
- Genuine rebuilding of skin architecture through amino acid stimulation
- Enhanced collagen and elastin production for lasting firmness
- Improved skin thickness and resilience
- Better cellular function and turnover
Visible transformation:
- Progressive improvement in skin quality over months
- Enhanced natural radiance from optimal cellular health
- Smoother, more refined skin texture
- Restoration of youthful bounce and elasticity
Long-term advantages:
- Results that build and improve over time
- Better foundation for other treatments
- Skin that ages more gracefully going forward
- Investment in your skin’s long-term health and function
This is comprehensive skin rehabilitation—not just treating symptoms but actually improving how your skin works at the cellular level.
Who are ideal candidates?
Advanced biostimulators are perfect for people who:
- Need more than basic hydration can provide
- Want genuine skin structural improvement
- Are committed to progressive, long-term results
- Have established signs of aging that require repair
- Want to invest in their skin’s fundamental health
These treatments are ideal for those ready to move beyond surface-level improvements to genuine skin transformation.
How to prepare
Please ensure you arrive to your appointment make up free.
Ask as many questions as you feel necessary. Im here to help you.
If its your first time, try and stay relaxed and remember – you are here for a reason. It can be an exciting time, working with you to improve something that may be affecting you. Or for the simple reason that you just want a refresh and improve what you’ve already got, whilst still looking natural.
The downtime of treatments can be minimal for most undertaking them, with bruising being the most common risk. Although bruises are only temporary, here are some suggestions to help your experience be the best it can be and how to prepare for your treatment.
To minimize the chance of bruising following injections:
- Avoid alcohol 48hrs prior to your appointment
- Consider taking arnica 5-7 days before your appointment
- Stay well hydrated for 24 hours prior to your appointment
The following medication, this may increase your risk of bruising:
- Aspirin
- Ibuprofen/naproxen
- Vitamin E
- Fish oil
- St Johns Wort
- Ginseng
Please Note: if you have been prescribed medication for a medical condition, please ensure you speak to an appropriate medical professional before stopping medication.
What to expect after treatment
You’ll notice an immediate glow and hydration boost right after treatment — that’s the hyaluronic acid getting to work. But the real magic happens over the following weeks as your skin continues to improve.
Over 2-4 weeks, you’ll see skin texture become smoother, fine lines soften, and that radiant, plump look intensify. Your skin will feel more supple and resilient, and makeup will sit beautifully because your skin is genuinely healthier from within.
Most people need 2-3 treatment sessions spaced 2-4 weeks apart for optimal results, followed by maintenance treatments every 6-9 months. During your consultation, we’ll create a treatment plan tailored to your skin’s specific needs.
Results typically last 6-9 months, but because skin regeneration treatments actually improve your skin quality rather than just filling lines, the benefits build with each treatment. You’re investing in long-term skin health, not just a temporary fix.
I’ll see you for a review appointment to assess how your skin is responding and plan your next session if needed.
Aftercare
Please ensure that the following aftercare instructions are fully adhered to, to avoid adverse reactions.
Use a gentle cleanse and water to clean the face for the following 72hours. Gently dry the treated area. Always make sure the hands are clean before touching the treated area.
Ensure you keep well hydrated following treatment and use creams which hydrate the skin and aid skin healing. Serum antioxidants can help soothe skin and contain properties that promote skin healing.
