Non Surgical Face Lift

Lift. Contour. Restore.

Feeling like everything’s just… dropped?
If the lower face is softening, your jawline’s losing definition, or your features feel less lifted than they once were — a non-surgical facelift offers a subtle but transformative reset.

Using a bespoke combination of dermal fillers, skin-tightening treatments, and regenerative boosters, this approach works across multiple layers of the face to restore structure, enhance contour, and softly lift.

Think of it as scaffolding for your beauty — refined, rejuvenated, and still unmistakably you.

If you’re ready for your glow up without the downtime of surgery.

What is a non-surgical facelift?

A non-surgical facelift isn’t one single treatment — it’s a carefully planned combination of techniques designed to lift, restore, and rejuvenate your entire face without surgery.

Using strategic placement of dermal fillers, skin boosters, and advanced treatments, I can restore volume where it’s been lost, lift areas that have dropped, and improve skin quality throughout. The approach is completely tailored to your individual aging patterns and concerns.

Unlike surgery, there’s no general anesthesia, no incisions, and minimal downtime. Results develop gradually and look completely natural — like you’ve simply been taking excellent care of yourself.

What can a non-surgical facelift address?

Mid-face concerns:

  • Flattened or sunken cheeks
  • Loss of cheekbone definition
  • Tired or drawn appearance
  • Nasolabial folds (smile lines)

Lower face changes:

  • Softened jawline definition
  • Beginning jowls
  • Marionette lines
  • Loss of chin projection

Overall facial aging:

  • General volume loss throughout the face
  • Skin laxity and texture concerns
  • Loss of youthful proportions
  • Tired or aged appearance

The key is addressing multiple areas harmoniously to create comprehensive rejuvenation that looks natural and balanced.

How does it work?

During your consultation, I’ll assess your face as a whole, identifying which areas have lost volume, where lifting would be most beneficial, and how to restore your natural proportions.

The treatment plan might include:

  • Strategic dermal filler placement to restore volume and lift
  • Skin boosters for improved texture and hydration
  • Advanced treatments to stimulate collagen production
  • Combination approaches for comprehensive results

Everything is designed to work together, creating results that are greater than the sum of their parts.

What makes this different from surgery?

No surgical risks: No general anesthesia, incisions, or surgical complications Minimal downtime: Return to normal activities immediately or within days Natural progression: Results develop gradually for a natural appearance Adjustable: Treatments can be refined and adjusted over time Reversible: Hyaluronic acid-based treatments can be dissolved if needed

The results are subtle but significant — people will notice you look refreshed and well-rested, but won’t be able to identify exactly what’s changed.

How long do results last?

Results typically last 12-18 months+, depending on the treatments used and your individual response. Because we’re using a combination approach, different elements may last varying lengths of time.

I usually recommend a review appointment 3-6 months after your initial treatment to assess how everything has settled and whether any fine-tuning is needed.

Maintenance is straightforward — we can refresh individual areas as needed rather than repeating the entire treatment.

What are the benefits of dermal fillers?

Dermal fillers give your skin a beautiful boost of hydration while restoring volume to areas that have lost their youthful fullness. They help firm and smooth the skin, creating a refreshed, revitalized appearance that looks completely natural.

The goal is always subtle enhancement — bringing back the features that made you feel confident and vibrant, not changing your face. When done expertly, people will notice you look amazing but won’t be able to pinpoint exactly what’s different.

Results are immediate and improve over the following days as any minor swelling settles, revealing your beautifully refreshed appearance.

Are dermal fillers safe?

Absolutely. The dermal fillers I use are hyaluronic acid-based, which means they’re made from a substance naturally found in your skin. This gives them one of the best safety profiles of any aesthetic treatment.

Because they’re biodegradable, your body processes them naturally over time. The treatment itself is minimally invasive when performed by an experienced medical professional like myself.

As with any treatment, there can be minor side effects — typically some redness, bruising, or swelling that settles within a few days. During your consultation, I’ll discuss all potential risks so you can make an informed decision.

Do dermal fillers hurt?

Most people are pleasantly surprised by how comfortable cheek enhancement is. I use several techniques to minimize any discomfort:

  • Numbing cream can be applied before treatment
  • Ice is available if needed
  • The needles used are very fine
  • My gentle injection technique ensures your comfort throughout

Many people find the anticipation more uncomfortable than the actual treatment. The cheek area is generally less sensitive than areas like the lips, and most clients find it quite manageable.

If you’re particularly sensitive to discomfort, we can discuss additional comfort measures during your consultation.

Do dermal fillers have any side effects?

Dermal fillers are minimally invasive and most people can return to their normal life immediately after treatment. However, all treatments pose some risk; the common side effects are redness, swelling and bruising. Allergic reactions are very rare but can occur. If you suffer from cold sores, please let me know before your appointment as it is advisable to start preventive medication before treatment.

Will I look “plastic” or “overdone”?

Never. Natural-looking results are my absolute priority, and this is where experience and artistic eye make all the difference.

During our consultation, I’ll listen carefully to your concerns and use my medical knowledge to create a treatment plan that enhances your unique features. The goal is always to restore and refine, never to dramatically alter your appearance.

Consider this: fillers come in 1ml syringes — that’s about one-fifth of a teaspoon. The results are subtle and designed to enhance your natural beauty, not change how your face fundamentally looks.

You’ll still look like you, just refreshed and revitalized.

What can dermal fillers be used for?
  • Facial restoration and enhancement:

    • Temples (for a softer, more youthful appearance)
    • Tear troughs (under-eye hollowing)
    • Cheek definition and lift
    • Nose reshaping (non-surgical rhinoplasty)
    • Nasolabial folds (smile lines)
    • Lips (shape, definition, hydration)
    • Marionette lines (corners of mouth downward)
    • Jowl softening
    • Jawline contouring and definition
    • Chin projection and balance

    Advanced treatments:

    • Forehead volume restoration
    • Hand rejuvenation
    • Décolletage smoothing

Each area requires specific techniques and different types of filler — this is where expertise and experience matter most.

What causes volume loss and aging?

As we age, several changes happen simultaneously. We lose collagen and elastin (the proteins that keep skin firm and elastic), and the natural fat pads under our skin begin to shrink and shift downward.

Our bone structure also changes over time, creating less support for the overlying tissues. This combination leads to sagging, hollowing, and the formation of deeper lines and folds.

Some people are naturally born with less prominent features — flatter cheekbones, a smaller chin, or less defined jawline. Dermal fillers can enhance these areas beautifully, creating better facial balance and harmony.

Environmental factors like sun exposure, stress, and lifestyle also play a role in how quickly these changes occur.

How to prepare

Please ensure you arrive to your appointment make up free.

Ask as many questions as you feel necessary. Im here to help you.

If its your first time, try and stay relaxed and remember – you are here for a reason. It can be an exciting time, working with you to improve something that may be affecting you. Or for the simple reason that you just want a refresh and improve what you’ve already got, whilst still looking natural.

The downtime of treatments can be minimal for most undertaking them, with bruising being the most common risk. Although bruises are only temporary, here are some suggestions to help your experience be the best it can be and how to prepare for your treatment.

To minimize the chance of bruising following injections:

  • Avoid alcohol 48hrs prior to your appointment
  • Consider taking arnica 5-7 days before your appointment
  • Stay well hydrated for 24 hours prior to your appointment

The following medication, this may increase your risk of bruising:

  • Aspirin
  • Ibuprofen/naproxen
  • Vitamin E
  • Fish oil
  • St Johns Wort
  • Ginseng

Please Note: if you have been prescribed medication for a medical condition, please ensure you speak to an appropriate medical professional before stopping medication.

What to expect after treatment

Results are immediate — you’ll see the difference as soon as you look in the mirror. But don’t judge your final results just yet. Some swelling is normal in the first few days, so what you see initially might look slightly fuller than your end result.

Over the next 2 weeks, any swelling settles, the filler integrates beautifully with your tissue, and you’ll see your true results. Your features will look naturally enhanced, balanced, and refreshed — not overdone.

I like to see you at 2 weeks to review your results and make any adjustments if needed. This follow-up is included in your original treatment cost because your satisfaction matters most.

Dermal fillers typically last 6-18 months depending on the area treated, the product used, and your individual metabolism. Lips tend to metabolise faster, while areas like cheeks can last longer. We’ll discuss realistic timelines for your specific treatment during consultation.

The beauty of fillers is that results are reversible if needed, and maintenance is straightforward. When you notice volume beginning to fade, that’s your cue to book your next appointment.

Aftercare

Please ensure that the following aftercare instructions are fully adhered to, to avoid adverse reactions.

Use a gentle cleanse and water to clean the face for the following 72hours. Gently dry the treated area. Always make sure the hands are clean before touching the treated area.

Ensure you keep well hydrated following treatment and use creams which hydrate the skin and aid skin healing. Serum antioxidants can help soothe skin and contain properties that promote skin healing.

For up to 24hrs:

  • Alcohol consumption
  • Applying make-up
  • Touching or rubbing the treated area
  • Strenuous exercise or activity. Sweating and gym environments may increase harmful bacteria and may cause adverse reactions.

For at least 3 days post treatment:

Do not use any Alpha Hydroxy Acids, Beta Hydroxy Acids, Retinol (vitamin A), Vitamin C (in a low pH formula) or anything perceived as ‘active’ skincare.

For up to 2 weeks:

  • Extreme facials and facial massage

Patient Transformations

Very happy with Kim she amazing at her job, makes you feel very relax, and talks about the procedure and the after effects and what to do after treatment. My work looks so natural I will be back. Thank you Kim.

Kathleen

Kim transformed my life in 2021. I’d been feeling old, tired and generally terrible about myself. I’d already been going to Kim for Botox and I trusted her and her abilities. I had fillers in my cheeks, lips and some chin work and the transformation was insane. I was worried I was going to look like I’d had loads of work done. Those that knew me could tell I looked different but not in a bad way, she knocked years off me. Her work gave me a confidence I’d never known, she really is amazing. Cannot recommend her highly enough.
