I’m delighted to be working with Kim as TLC’s Patient Coordinator. We’ve known each other for years — we worked together in A&E for a long time, and I’ve seen firsthand how much she genuinely cares about her patients.
I’m currently a nurse associate at the hospital, so I understand the healthcare world and how important it is that you feel comfortable and looked after from your very first contact with us.
